• Promote women empowerment through job oriented vocational training programmes.

• Educated and uneducated unemployed person both men and women.
• Educated and uneducated unemployed women.
• Young and adult widows.
• Commercial sex workers.
• Young and adult women returned from prison or rehabilitation camps for committing crimes and delinquencies.
• Disabled women.
• Unskilled workers belonging to various sectors.
• Women identified as victims of various: violence, rape and sexual harassment.
